Group programs, memberships, and the internet at large can be bloody great resources, especially when it comes to generating ideas and getting a handle on what’s worked for others…
BUT THERE ARE TIMES IN YOUR BUSINESS WHEN WHAT YOU REALLY NEED IS 1:1 SUPPORT
*Not* from a biz bestie who’ll cheerlead every idea you have — even the ones you later discover were best left on the shelf (this feels like the right time to tell you I once crafted a series of comics featuring animals with ‘ironic challenges’, like a bear with mid-winter insomnia, and a dog with sfairesphobia 🙃), or during a 15-minute hot-seat, where you feel like you only just scratch the surface and *poof* time’s up—
But in a dedicated chunk of time with a seasoned professional (*adds wisdomly grey highlights to hair*) who’ll take the time to understand all the delicious uniquities of your business, goals, challenges, and what you are and aren’t willing to do in order to solve the problem —or optimise the opportunity— in front of you.
I offer a mix of copy, strategy, and coaching that’s tailored to your current goals and challenges
FOR EXAMPLE…
→ Got a sales page that’s underperforming?
Awesome! *dons copywriting hat*
→ Need a second set of eyes on your proposals and pricing?
Strategy (and maybe a bit of mindset work) it is!
→ Keen to shift your whole business model to support a new way of doing things? Sounds like we’ll be needing the whole kit ‘n caboodle
The only decision you need to make is how much 1:1 support you need
The upside of being very bad at naming things (side note: please don’t hire me with the sole purpose of naming your new offer!
You’ll walk away disappointed, and I’ll have to numb my feelings of inadequacy with an absurd amount of ice cream) is that the three options below are exactly what they sound like…
75-MINUTE
STRATEGY SESSION
+ 7 DAYS SUPPORT
$497 USD
You + me, bumping brains on zoom for 75 minutes, followed by one week of email and google docs support.
This one’s good for:
Debriefing a recent launch, so you know what to test, tweak, and optimise next time
Tweaking pricing, proposals, and positioning
Tightening client processes and boundaries
Optimising cold pitches and other lead gen
Quarterly or annual planning
A HEFTY HALF-DAY
(aka the one where I write copy)
$1997 USD
4.5 uninterrupted hours of my time, including a 30-60 minute kick-off call, so we’re both on the same page and I can hit the ground running.
This one’s good for:
Optimising a sales page, or writing 40-60% of a new one from scratch
Outlining a launch sequence and tackling 3-6 of the emails
Crafting your full launch strategy
Creating various assets to support your next launch e.g. a beta tester strategy, VoC surveys, pre-launch content plan etc
ONGOING 1:1 COACHING
$1500 USD/month
You + me, meeting on zoom twice a month for 3 months, with unlimited email and google docs support in between calls.
This one’s good for:
Making major tweaks or shifts to your business model
Working through mindset gremlins or recovering a lost mojo
Taking a course, group program, or digital product from idea to launch
Don’t see your ‘thing’ listed, or still unsure which option might be the best fit? Email me and we’ll work it out together.
“Cathartic, productive and mind-blowing."
You took the time to get to know what was going on and helped me dig further into my story. It was like a fun mini therapy session, but with bonus biz stuff!
I expected to come out of it with a clear plan for my email sequence (check), I’d never have guessed you’d help me feel more confident about sharing. Seriously, that’s HUGE!”

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
STEP # 1
✹
STEP # 1 ✹
Step # 1: Lock in a time
Once you know how much time you need, click on any of the big organge buttons on this page to find a time that suits (psst… I’m a quality over quantity kinda girl, so if there are no times available, that means they’re fully booked for the next 6 to 8 weeks). If you need some help pinning down which is the right option for you, shimmy me an email and we’ll work it out together.
STEP # 2
✹
STEP # 2 ✹
Step # 2: Prep
Once you’re booked, a pre-work form will land in your inbox, so you and I can both arrive at our (first — if you’re booking ongoing coaching) session dialled in and ready to go! Expect questions on your business, goals, challenges, and what would make our work together a success for you, plus an invitation to share any relevant sources of intel —email exchanges, copy docs, data dump— basically, anything that will give me the context I need to hit the ground running.
STEP # 3
✹
STEP # 3 ✹
Step # 3: Get to work
When it’s time, you and I will kick things off on zoom. For the 75-minute strategy sessions, that session will be all about diving straight into the work at hand, so you roll on outta there with a clear path forward, plus some ideas on how to get the best support from me over the next 7 days.
For the hefty half days, that session is all about setting the scene for the hours ahead — filling in any gaps from your prep form, getting crystal clear on what you want me to work on, in what order, and how you’d like to wrap things up. For 1:1 coaching, that means settling into our first session — finding our groove, laying out a game plan for the months ahead, and addressing the most pressing thing on your plate. Regardless of which service you book, you’ll get the recording of our session, in case you want to jump back in, or need confirmation that no-one can see your nostril hairs on screen.
“Coaching with you doesn't compare to any other coaching I've received before.
I think because you bring that perfect blend of not just mindset and reflective practice, but groovy psycho-therapy tools (hello, Gestalt Therapy!) along with the glorious strategy and real-world experience that's so powerfully applied with your outsider's perspective.
As soon as I filled out my intake form I knew I was getting exactly what I came for.
You're not only able to see things clearly, that feel murky and confusing to me... you're able to ask the questions that help clear up that murkiness, stat, and then provide as much practical guidance as I'm looking for. I never feel like I 'shut down' or that I'm carrying out anyone else's ideas other than my own.
I leave every session feeling more confident and sure about what I'm doing, EVEN IF I know there's more questioning or exploration required before making a decision.
You lead every session expertly, and no matter how big or small my conundrums or goals or challenges are, we always manage to get through the most meaningful, impactful meat of it. So I always leave our calls feeling a million times lighter, 3 billion times more capable, and 7 trillion times more sure that my goals aren't doomed to stay as pipe dreams.”

LET’S BE HONEST…
There are a LOT of folks offering this kind of service, which means you might be wondering
“why go with Kirsty?”
Which, for the record, is an excellent thing to be pondering,
so here’s some intel that should help.
Fact is, I won’t be the best person for you if:
You want a bunch of templates you can put to work in your business
You hate answers that start with ‘it depends…’, even when they lead to a conversation that paints a picture on why that is, and what it means for you
You want a formula or process you can copy-paste, over and above a plan of attack based on the assets you have to work with, the goals you’re chasing, and the challenges you need to solve for
You want to talk solely about tactics + practicalities, and avoid the question of how those things feel
On the other hand, chances are we’ll partner *exceptionally* well together if:
You’re DONE with one-size-fits-all advice and copy templates, and are genuinely interested in understanding the mechanics of your biz (and copy!)
You want to be an active, valued voice in the conversation, rather than nod along politely as you’re told what to do
You’re open to the idea that the best way to do business is the one that feels good (which can mean many different things besides pure profit margin)
You vibe with the way I think and the stuff I share — here on this website, in my emails, and on the Business Badassery podcast
Feel like we’re a fit?
“This page has brought in $250K+ on evergreen in the last 7 months."
I was unsure whether a day would be enough time to get through a sales page, but Kirsty got through more than I thought she would. Loved the copy. I used some of it in my webinar sales pitch as well and that’s converting at ~15%.
Kirsty knows her shit.”

The last thing you should know about working with me is that I’m a quality over quantity kinda girl—
Which means I only work with a maximum of 5 clients a month.
That’s not 5 clients per booking type (*chuckles at the thought of my tiny pin-head coping with 15 clients per month*), but 5 clients in TOTAL.
That way, I can give you and your business the time and attention you need.
“Thinking out loud with a fab partner to validate + push ideas floating around in my brain was so valuable.
And, the double brain power! It was so motivating. You're also a bit of a copy therapist, tbh :)

FAQs
“Can I book in multiple sessions, if I think that’s the best fit?”
Of course! And people often do. For example, I’ve had a client book in 2 x 75-minute strategy sessions for help debriefing the same launch (she wanted me to use one session to watch and critique her webinar, and the other to pinpoint optimisation opportunities across the entire funnel), and multiple clients book in a 75-minute strategy session to get clear on the specifics of their offer, then a hefty half-day (or two!) to get the sales page written. If you need help working out which mix would be best for you, send me an email, and we’ll work it out together. Alternatively, you can always book more time after our first session IF you need it.
“I clicked the link to book, but there are no times available… what does that mean?”
It means I’m fully booked for the next 6 to 8 weeks. I typically update my availability at the end of the month, so check back then to snag a spot.
“What if there are times available, but I can’t find a time that suits, thanks to life stuff and/or wildly different time zones?”
My availability’s a bit limited these days (*points at toddler*), so I can’t promise anything, but shimmy me an email to let me know what day/times would work for you, and I’ll see what I can do.
“Will I get a recording of our session?”
You sure will! Regardless of which chunk of time you book, all call recordings will be uploaded and shared in a special ‘you + me only’ google drive folder within 24 hours, for you to dive back into if or when it’s relevant. I’ll host the recording on my drive for 3 months after our session. If you want to hold on to it for longer, you’ll be able to download it anytime during that window. And yes, I’ll remind you of this when we work together ;)
“For the 75-minute strategy sessions, how much support can I expect from you in the follow-up period?”
In the week after our session (e.g. if our session is at 10am on Tuesday, our week stretches until 10am the following Tuesday), I’m available via email and Google Docs for any questions, confusions, uncertainties, and second-set-of-eyesies you might need. Existing clients have used the 7 days to do things like refine their messaging and update their website copy; write — and get feedback on — a sales page for their new offer; and get feedback and guidance on landing a new project, all the way from crafting their proposal to accepting payment and structuring key touch points. Basically, if it’ll help you bridge the gap between having the plan and enacting it, I’m there to help!
“Is there follow-up support for the ‘hefty half-day’?”
There’s not, for the simple reason this is my done *for* you service i.e. we work out what you need, and I go ahead and create it, as opposed to the 75-minute strategy sessions and ongoing 1:1 coaching, where I support you to define and then execute the work yourself. It’s also worth noting that when you lock in a hefty half-day with me, you’re buying my time (and undivided attention) and not a set of deliverables. I’ll work through things methodically, laying out the strategy first (e.g. a detailed sequence outline or sales page structure) and then tackling the copy, either from the top down OR by starting with the trickiest bits and pieces first. This way, *if* there are any unfinished bits and pieces once our time together is up, you’ll have crystal-clear direction on what goes where and why.
It’s like a colour-by-numbers… for business-owning-adults.
“Where do copy critiques fit in?”
If getting a piece of copy critiqued is THE thing you want, book in a 75-minute strategy session. You’ll be prompted to share the copy in your pre-session form, so I can dive in before we kick-off on zoom and talk you through feedback and ideas, while we work together to make the relevant changes. Copy critiques can also be part of the 7 days of follow-up support for this service (e.g. if our session is all about refining the positioning for one of your offers, it would make sense for you to go and make the tweaks we spoke through in the few days after our session, so I can dive into the relevant google doc and provide some feedback), and are almost always part of the in between-session support for the ongoing 1:1 coaching service.
“I see your 1:1 coaching service runs for 3 months. Is it possible to work with you for a different length of time?”
Experience has shown me that (assuming it’s our first time working together) we need 3 months to see something through. Coaching — even the business-related stuff— requires a certain depth of disclosure that can take a bit of time to establish. Plus, if you’re working on making a big move in your business, chances are we’ll hit some bumps along the way, whether that’s a tactical thing, like waiting for another service provider to deliver a key piece of the project (e.g. web design, product development), or a mindset thing, like getting the wobbles and QUESTIONING EVERYTHING (which, for the record, is very normal). At the end of our 3 months together, we’ll have a chat about where to from here, and — *if* it feels like a good fit for both of us — you can extend our coaching on a month-to-month basis.
“Would it be ok to jump on a call with you before I book?”
Of course! Click here to book a time.
